When did you first get into the import scene?
Back in 11th grade I got my maxima. I had always wanted to put a system in there and
that is what I did right off the bat. A good friend of mine already had a fixed up
civic and he mentioned to me that I should lower my car. I didn't even know how I
could do that. We went over to the NOPI shop and I got some springs. The rest is
history...
And what made you go with the Maxima as your platform of choice?
Well I wanted to get a 4 door car and I liked how they looked. I didn't get a car
with the idea of fixing it up. I just wanted something nice to drive.
...makes sense. Any future plans for the ride
I wouldn't mind putting some nitrous on it. I doubt id use it much, but it would
be mainly for show. Probably fiberglass two bottles in my trunk. As far as high
end performance, its an automatic and all that maintenance would annoy me.. haha
haha So honestly now... Will your car will ever be finished?
Honestly I think its pretty finished now. Except for maybe that nitrous, I feel
that I've touched on every possible aspect. My ideal car is one that's heavily
modified but not in a crazy/extreme way. I want something that's still classy yet
modified/clean looking. I feel I've achieved that now. Also, the older I get I
find myself spending more money on taking trips and going out.. haha
Your one of the few people that i've talked to that actually sees their cars completion coming up, most say never, including myself. I envy you for that lol
What's the best thing about the shows, the cars or the girls?
The girls. I love women. The cars are cool to look at, but once you go to a lot
of shows you start seeing the came cars. Women are very diverse and a lot more
rewarding..hehe
Would you say the import scene has changed for the better or worse in the past few years?
I feel that it has changed maybe for the worse. I think its starting to die down
just a bit. The popularity doesnt feel as strong as it was a few yrs back. For
example, that spring break daytona show was canceled this yr. Maybe im not seeing
what others see, who knows.
What do you do for a living?
I am a student at the Georgia Institute of Technology. I have worked full/part
time for the past 2 yrs at a research lab in the Georgia Tech research institute.
Im 22.
I didn't ask that, lol j/k
What's the greatest CD ever made? You can only pick one
hmm tough one, let me think..lol
R. Kelly TP 2.Com...Great cd with lots of slow songs that women love
Favorite Movie?
favorite movie is Die Hard
What was your favorite car growing up? Like I know you had to have had that one poster on your wall, or that one Matchbox you loved. What was it?
I've always liked Ferrari's or very classy looking exotics. My dream car is an Aston
Martin.
Xbox or PS2?
PS2
Was this the greatest interview you've ever had?
the greatest interview I've ever had was this one of course...haha
Lastly and most importantly, what made you decide to go with Team SOLO over all the other teams out there?
It's a well established team with a good amount of sponsors/connections and a lot
of nice cars. Being apart of a national team with cars all over the US interested
me greatly. Everybody on the team I've met or talked to are very cool and
diverse. Being (for now) the only car in Georgia would allow me to start my own
thing. The website attracted me and also the organization of the team. The team
models are pretty hot also.
Speaking of models...What is your favorite feature on a women?
I am really into a cute/pretty face. If you see a cute face then usually her body is good enough...haha
Any shoutouts thanks etc?
I'd like to give a thanks to my God, my family, my friends and Jeff at Evolution
Autodesign. Jeff has really helped me a ton with my car. Also thanks to
Team Solo for letting me be a part of the team.
